Thomas Frazer grew up in a military family, calling many different places home. That upbringing taught him adaptability, work ethic, and the value of connection—traits that define how he runs TF Building Solutions today. After graduating from Marysville High School and the St. Clair TEC School construction trades program, Thomas stepped into the construction world with determination and drive.

In 2004, he joined his brother in launching their first family business, Frazer Building Company, which sparked something bigger: a vision to one day build something of his own. Over the next decade and a half, Thomas immersed himself in the construction trades, working hands-on in residential, commercial, and custom fabrication projects to build a skill set as broad as it is deep.

From framing and roofing to remodeling and project management, he committed to learning every aspect of the industry—and doing it the right way.
